Our daughter, Carly Nelson passed away on November 6, 2024 at the age of 38.
She lived a full life, ending it with the gift of organ donation. Her presence has been a joy to us through her struggles and triumphs. Many people have been significant in her life, as she has been in theirs; and for that, we are thankful. She will be in our hearts and memories.
Carly is survived by her parents Patrick and Janice Nelson, as well as older brother Cory Nelson.
