
He was preceded in death by his dad Stanley, mom Agnes, and sisters Jeanne Stofko and Lucille Turk.
David is survived by his sons, Seth of Boyne City, and Nicholas of Henderson, Nevada; daughter Meghan of Boyne City; 5 grandchildren; friends Judy Barnwell, the mother of their children; best Illinois buddy Butch Senffner, and best Michigan buddies Dan Brown and Rob Kimball; numerous nieces and nephews in Illinois and Colorado.
David graduated from J.T.H.S class of 1956, and went to work for the post office where he worked for almost 45 years (25 in Joliet and 20 in Holland) retiring in January 2001. He was an avid Packers fan since 1960, loved lead sleds and hot rods, and going to car shows with his buddy Dan. He was a parishioner of Holy Cross Church in Joliet and St. Francis de Sales in Holland. He moved to Michigan in 1981 with no regrets.

Visitation will be at 10am on February 27. Private burial will be in North Holland Cemetery.
