Diane Jean Schreur

She has been a faithful member of Rusk CRC for 48 years. She loved being a member in choir. She also taught GEMS, Sunday School, and helped with Vacation Bible School. She was active in the church prayer line for many years. Diane volunteered for Hospice for seven years, participated in Crossroads Bible Ministries for 17 years, and provided home health care for several elderly people. She enjoyed camping and traveling with family, and she loved angels and old musical instruments.

Survivors include her husband of 49 years, Ronald; children Robert (Dawn) Schreur, Ryan (Jill) Schreur, Randal (Kimberly) Schreur; grandchildren Nicole Schreur (Matt Blanton), Heidi (Derek) Nykamp, Benjamin Schreur, Molly Schreur, Nora Schreur; parents Adrian Jr. and Harriet (Busscher) Veele; siblings Connie Werner, Sharon (Kelly) Wagner, Duane (Patricia) Veele, Steve (Lisa) Veele; in laws William (Marsha) Schreur, Marjorie (Edward) Wemus, Nancy Vredeveld, Barbara (Randall) VanderHulst; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00am, Friday, October 28, 2016, at Rusk CRC, 10354 92nd Avenue, Allendale, MI, with Pastor Mark Neymeiyer officiating. Interment will be in Rusk Cemetery.

Visiting hours will be from 2:00-4:00pm and from 6:00-8:00pm, Thursday, October 27, 2016, at Rusk CRC.
