Doris Mae Klingenberg

Doris was a member of Overisel Reformed Church where she sang in the church choir, served as a lunch lady and made clothes for babies. She was a volunteer for the Red Cross, was a superb baker and loved sewing and crafting. She was married to her husband Clinton for 60 years.

She is survived by her children: Pam and Dave Miller of Lowell, Bruce and Vicki Klingenberg of Hamilton, Rick and Patti Klingenberg of Hamilton, Brenda and Bob Roon of Holland, Nancy and Larry Wennersten of Holland, Tom and Christine Klingenberg of Holland, Tim Klingenberg of Holland. Doris is also survived by 13 Grandchildren, 7 Great grandchildren, by brothers and sisters Gladys Blauwkamp of Grand Rapids, Glenn Ten Brink of Olive Township, brother and sister in law Hester and Alden Barkel of Holland, Allen Klingenberg of Racine WI along with several nephews and nieces and many friends.

Funeral services will be Friday, December 11, 2015, at 11 a.m. at the Overisel Reformed Church located at 4706 142nd Ave., Holland MI.

Visitation will be Thursday, December 10, from 5:30 – 8 p.m. at Overisel Reformed Church. Burial will be in Overisel Cemetery.
