Bill was an Ohio State Trooper from 1952 until 1963, then worked as an insurance auditor for Celina Insurance for many years up until his retirement in 1991. In his retirement, he and his wife served at Parkview as Relief House Parents for many years. Bill was also a lifetime member of the Masons. He was preceded in death by his brother Bud Lowe, sister Melba Szyfranski, daughter Deb Walters, and son Dan Lowe.
Bill is survived by his wife of 67 years, Nancy;

Shannon Lowe
Bonnie Lowe;
11 grandchildren;
14 great-grandchildren;
Many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
