She is survived by: her children, Calvin and Cathy Schepel, Marcia (Schepel) and Joseph Schutz; her grandchildren, Zachary (Haley) Schepel, Christopher (Madeline) Schepel and Andrew Schutz; her sister, Joan Geurink; her brother and sister in law, Glenn and Betty Geurink; in-laws, Alice Geurink, Lois and Richard Carlson.
Marilyn was preceded in death by: her husband, Paul Schepel; parents, John and Jennie Geurink; brother, John Geurink; sisters and brother in laws, Donna and Bernie Wolters, John and Alma Kloostra, Hazel and Herm Assink, Henry and Jean Austhof, Elmer and Ann (Postma) DeWeerd and Peter Postma; in-laws, Don and Ann Schepel and Marva Schepel.
Marilyn was a member of Beechwood Reformed Church in Holland.
The funeral service will be Monday December 18th at 1:00PM at Beechwood Reformed Church, 895 Ottawa Beach Road, Holland. She will be laid to rest at Lakewood Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to Corewell Hospice.
