Rita Ann Trameri

Rita was an artist with a vibrant personality. She made her own jewelry, with a piece displayed at the Detroit Institute of Art. She was a medical assistant and was a member of the Emblems of Holland. Rita enjoyed acting in high school and college. She raised and showed Dalmatians and was a founding member of the Holland Kennel Club. Rita loved to garden and loved her flowers, especially roses and rhododendrons. She was a long standing member of Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church.

Rita is preceded in death by her daughter, Laurie O’Niel.

Surviving are her husband of 58 years, Robert of West Olive; children, Denise & Gary Holt, Mark & Joy Trameri, Julie & Terry Ross; grandchildren, Amie & Nic Goodrich, Kristi & Clay Barron, Anthony & Jeana Holt, Angela & Clint Michael, Andrea & Paul Neumann, Nick Trameri, Lindsay Trameri; and great grandchildren, Keagan Rossiter, Kendall Dekker, Kelsie Dekker, Kenzie Barron, Cayden Barron, Kameryn Michael, and Coy Michael.

A private graveside service will take place at Port Sheldon Township Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00pm, Saturday, August 1, 2015, at Lakeshore Memorial Services, 11939 James St., Holland.
