Alicia Samaroo Thompson (45) of Wellington, Florida, passed away on October 10, 2023.
Alicia, affectionately known as Sharda, was born in San Fernando, Trinidad to Bob and Mala Samaroo on October 3, 1978. Sharda is survived by her loving husband of 25 years, Aulton Anthony Thompson and their beautiful children, Aulton Thompson Jr. and Alexandria Sanjana Thompson.
She was the sister of Andrea Samaroo, Alana Ganesh and the late Anil “Bhola” Samaroo. Sharda was the beloved sister-in-law of Bobby Ganesh and Tina Samaroo. She was the treasured aunt of Brandon, Jaydon, Jaxson, Aiden and Kayden and the cousin of many, to include the Bahal, Boodoo, Sinanan, Ramjug, Kanhai and Persad family. Her friendships were bountiful yet meaningful.
Sharda was a fun loving, humble and generous person. She was a fierce fighter, passionate in her love and protective of her family. Always with a smile and generous nature, she gave her love and dedication freely.
In life, she had many struggles but we pray that she receives her salvation and peace in her heavenly journey to Bhagwan’s abode.
