

Bartholomew (Bart) Peluso 71, of Cooper City, Florida passed away on Saturday, September 13, 2014. Bart is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Barbara, his sister Roseann and her husband Dominic Modafferi, children and grandchildren. Bart was born in Brooklyn, New York, he was a proud graduate of Saint Francis Prep, graduated Pratt Institute, and served in the Army National Guard. Bart started his career after school at ABC Television and then Greenwald Industries in New York City. In the early 70's he moved to South Florida to take a position with Milgo Electronics (later Racal-Milgo), where he had a successful 25 year career culminating as the Director of Corporate Communications. After leaving Racal-Milgo, Bart partnered to form a new business in South Florida, Everything Tradeshows; a trade show management and exhibit company that has become a successful international business. Bart was a patriotic and civic minded person. In the past he served as the Chairman of the Planning and Zoning Board for the City of Miramar, member of the Planning and Zoning Board for Cooper City, and as a Campaign Manager for several South Florida political campaigns. Bart was a member of the Nativity Catholic Church, previously with the Knights of Columbus and a Scout Master.
Bart was a kind, gentle soul that enjoyed life and everyone he met. He made friends easily and could converse intelligently on any subject. He loved his wife, adoring kids & grandkids, dogs, camping with his wife in his motor home, fishing, Disney World and his custom Boss 302 Mustang.
