Edna was born in Berbice, Guyana to Baisakhu & Budhia on November 29, 1936. She married Latchman Balkaran on August 13, 1954.
Edna is survived by her children: Premdass Latchman, Aeshwarie Bridgelall, & Davica Sukhwa. Grandchildren: Andrea Singh, Sanjay Bridgelall, Natalie Williams, Rosanna Latchman, Melanie Latchman, Anjalie Sukhwa, & Stefan Sukhwa. Great Grandchildren: Vinaya Singh, Anik Singh, and Mason Williams.
The wake will take place on Thursday, 9/21/23 and Friday, 9/22/23 at 6:30pm at 250 S. Bel Air Dr., Plantation, FL 33317. A viewing will be held on Saturday, September 23, 2023, at 6:00pm at Fred Hunter’s. The funeral will be held on Sunday, September 24, 2023, at 9:00am – 11:30am at Fred Hunter’s, followed by the cremation. Arrangements are made by Fred Hunter’s Funeral Home.
