Carol was born in Chippewa, Massachusetts to Emma and Fedora Darcy on December 22, 1938. She went to school at Edison High School. She married Richard “Dick” Fisher on February 22, 1958 in Miami. She worked as a cake decorator for Publix Supermarkets for a number of years, and then worked with Dick, helping to run his business.
Carol is preceded in death by Richard Fisher, son-in-law Douglas Peel, and her four brothers and two sisters.
Carol is survived by Peggy Hubbard (Lou Alvarez), Tina Peel, Melanie Fisher, grandchildren Eric Hubbard, Douglas Peel, Jr., Kyle Peel, Edward Wilson and Dustin Wilson.
Visitation will be at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 15, 2023 at Fred Hunter Funeral Home, 6301 Taft Street, Hollywood, FL 33024.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 15, 2023 at Fred Hunter Funeral Home.
Burial will follow at Hollywood Memorial Gardens - East.
Arrangements are by Fred Hunter's Funeral Home.
