

Clara Estela Pichardo, 83, died of natural causes on Saturday, May 25, 2024, in Dania Beach, Florida. Clara was born on August 12, 1940, in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, to Ernestina Ferrer Colón and Pablo De Jesús Colón. She was preceded in death by her two sons, Angel Pichardo and Armando Pichardo. Clara is survived by her siblings Hilda Colón, Rosa Hymes, and Ramón Colón, as well as her loving sons, Jose Pichardo and Carlos Pichardo, niece and nephews Minerva Ozuna, José B. Pichardo, and Pablo Pichardo who were like her own children, since she raised them alongside her own sons.
Clara's unwavering spiritual beliefs served as a guiding light throughout her life. She touched the hearts of all who knew her with her kindness, generosity, and love. She found comfort and solace in her religious practices. Her faith was an inspiration to all who knew her.
Clara will be dearly missed by her adoring grandchildren Angel, Anthony, Michael, Carlos, and Fernanda, her surviving siblings Hilda, Rosa, and Ramon, her devoted and loving sons Jose and Carlos, her devoted and loving niece Minerva, devoted and loving nephews José B. and Pablo, and her cherished relatives and friends.
A celebration of Clara's life will be held on Thursday, May 30, 2024, at Fred Hunter's Funeral Home in Hollywood, FL. Mass will be held on Friday, May 31, 2024, at Little Flower Catholic Church in Hollywood, FL.
Clara's kindness, warmth, and love will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
