

The family moved from Van Wert, Ohio to Dania in 1942.
Following the death of her father, the family moved to Wilton Manors in 1958.
She was predeceased by her parents, Orville, and Dorothy Klendworth and by a brother, Jack Klendworth.
Janet is survived by her twin brother James Klendworth, wife Joyce, of Fort Lauderdale with whom she was living and several nieces and nephews.
She graduated from South Broward Highschool, class of 1954, and was associated with Landmark First national Bank and SunTrust Bank for many years, upon retiring from the bank, she was asked by Dwight Rogers, of Rogers, Morris, and Ziegler to be the receptionist for their Law Firm where she remained for many years.
She loved working in her yard and raising orchids. Janet loved her church, First United Methodist Church, Ft. Lauderdale where she was a member over 60 years, and served on many committees.
Her greatest love was for her family and friends.
Janet will be greatly missed by all who loved her.
A private family service is being planned at Fred Hunter Funeral Home, Rio Vista with Burial to follow at Lauderdale Memorial Park.
Janet had expressed that in lieu of flowers, donations can made in her memory to the United Methodist Childrens Home. Donations can be made to First Methodist Church at 101 SE 3rd Avenue, Ft Lauderdale, FL 33301
