He has now joined his late wife Maria Teresa Beltran whom he married on February 23rd, 2001. He was a father to his three children: Edgar Albert Beltran Jr., Angel Louis Beltran and Tiffany Moreno; a grandfather and a great grandfather.
For many years Edgar worked as a corrections officer in New York City. Some of his passion included music, good food and always looking sharp. He was also a proud member of the national rifle association.
The Beltran family wishes to extend our sincerest thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff at Memorial Regional Hospital for his care during his final days. We ask our friends and loved ones to please keep us in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
