She is survived by her children, Raymond (Maike) White, Alan (Suzanne) Howard, Richard ( Judy) Howard and Christy Gage; 6 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held Wednesday 3:30pm 5pm at Fred Hunters Hollywood, 6301 Taft Street. Burial is scheduled Saturday in Middlesboro, KY.
