Frank was born in Miami on March 10, 1943 and was one of the rare, born and bred Miamians. He grew up in old Miami and spent all of his summers at the Miami Yacht Club. Frank went to St. Mary's catholic school where he served as an Altar boy. He graduated from Miami Edison High School and then spent four years in the Air Force and was a Viet Nam veteran.
Frank and Cindy were married in 1964 and started their family in Ives Estates where he lived his entire adult life. He found much pride in living and raising his children in Ives Estates, some of his fondest memories. Together they had their four children: Vicki Evans (Steve Schafner), Scott Evans (Janina), Jeannie Evans (Ellsworth Buck) and Peggy Evans (Ed Ruff); and his grandchildren: Charlie, Kelly (Aireus), Jacobb and Jordan.
Frank's friend Patty Thomas and her family were an added addition to his life in his later years. He found an extended family being her friend with her son and daughter and her five grandchildren.
Frank also had an amazing family filled with oodles of cousins, spending every year on the beach creating endless memories.
