

Gail Etta Miller, 73, of Southwest Ranches, passed away on March 4, 2024, in Southwest Ranches at home.
Gail was born Gloucester MA to Russell & Jeanette Matheson on September 11, 1950. She went to school at Holbrook MA.
She married Charles A Miller on July 17, 1980, in New Brunswick NJ. She graduated from Framingham State College, BA, Magna Cum Laude. She owned Millersway Orchids & Nursery for 30+ years. She traveled and was a well known and in demand orchid culture lecturer and speaker. Her classes were engaging sprinkled with humor and often contained real life stories mostly about herself or friends with whom she shared her passion.
Gail is preceded in death by her father, Russell, mother, Mabel Jeanette, sister Peg Cochran of Holbrook MA, sister Marilyn Hardwick of Jacksonville Fl.
Gail is survived by her husband Charles A. Miller Jr, her Daughter Diana Dungan and husband John Dungan of Windham, NH, Her Son Charles “Drew” Miller III and wife Nicole Miller of Covington, LA, Her Brother Charles “Gene” Pina and wife Judy Pina, Her sister Cynthia Titzman of Davie, Fl, sister-in-law Linda Miller and daughter Tiffany Robbins, husband Steven Robbins and son Jesse Frederick Robbins. Grandchildren: Kevin Paquette and spouse Alyssa Paquette, Ashley Paquette and Joe Demarco, Michael Paquette and Brittany Defrancesco, Tyler Paquette, Kelsey Dungan and Sean Doughty, Great grandchildren include John Ryan Paquette-Bieniecki, Olivia Bieniecki, Violet Demarco, JJ Demarco, Charlotte Demarco, Noah Paquette, Leia Paquette, Maya Paquette, Elijah Paquette, Madalynn Paquette and Nora Leighton. Cousin Ed Zickefoose & Patty Nash. She is also survived by her adopted Kentucky family which includes Wayne and Theresa Brown, Megan and Adam Clark, Kaitlyn and Brian Smith, Brian Brown, Samantha, Sydney and Bentley Brown as well as Bill and Pat Brown who predeceased her. She also leaves many cherished nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held Friday March 8, 2024 at Fred Hunter Funeral Home in Davie Fl. Arrangements are by Fred Hunter Funeral Home.
