Harrison Gallagher

Harrison E. Gallagher (Ted), born Feb. 21, 1939 in Buffalo, NY, passed away, Dec. 2, 2011, peacefully surrounded by his loving family in FL. He was the son of Harry C. and Thelma Hoffman Gallagher. Those left to cherish his memory are his loving devoted wife of 50 + years Alyce (Ms. G.); children Jeffrey, Kimberly (Pierre) Carmi, and Patrick Daniel (Ursla) Gallagher; four grandchildren Maddison L., William H. Carmi, Kendall R. and Erin D. Gallagher; one devoted sister Sherry (Mrs. Joseph) Licata of VA and MN; sisters-in-law Patricia (Thomas) Schryver of NY and Rosemary D. Robinson of FL and VA; many loving nieces and nephews; loving cousins; a dear aunt and uncle a retired Police Chief Robert Williams and Mrs. Dolores Williams of Lakeview, NY; childhood friends and all his business associates. We would like to say thank you to all his loving and devoted physicians and nurses in FL who were Dr.'s R. Cano, R. Dortonne, E. Mostoufi, Paul Jellinger, Denise Pereira and the nurses and staff at the hospitals and doctors offices as well as the therapists, nutritionists and housekeepers also the staff at Hospice By the Sea in Hollywood; all the clergy, hospital Chaplains Ann and Daisy and priests, especially Fr. Vincent for their prayers and words of comfort to the family. Services and Burial will be at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, Chesapeake, VA, by Loving Funeral Home in Portsmouth, VA.
