It's coming up on two years and your departure from us has not gotten any eaiser for me. I find myself lost in memories of our childhood so little we had but that didn't stop us. Forts had to b made we used what we had but building them with you is what made them special. As we grew up we drifted apart. Remembering who u once was is all I have. I find myself alone in this world struggling to make sense of it all. I want to rip open my chest and let the pain flow from my heart. It's filled to the max with pain regret mistakes abandonment failure andvso on. I don't deserve to be here I wish I could go. He needs to send you back to where you belong. With your wife and your kids. Loved by all cherished by many. Completely opposite of what I'm burdened to carry. No room for love let alone joy in misery I sit waiting wanting to die. If prayers could h answered I wish it could b this (God please send back my brother to hius wife and kids give him back to the ones that so dearly do miss him. Take my life it's already dead. Punished everyday for past mistakes I've made forgiveness can't b found. To weak to fight this battle called life but soon this battle might end with a swipe of the knife I'll bleed through my skin instead of bleeding on pepper with a pen.

The distance between us was much to far!!!!! Now there is no chance in me closing that gap. I live with regrets everyday. Alone I sit and think of the wonderful amazing deserving life you was living., then I sit back and look at mine. Why would god take such an amazing person away from many who surrounded him!! Yet here I sit wondering why it had to be you???? So much lobe to give an amazing man and wonderful father!!! I carry u in my spirit and hug u in my heart. I miss you big brother!!!!

Trials such as this one can be unbearable, "God is for us a refuge and strength, a help that is readily to be found during distress." Psalms 46:1 Draw close to God in prayer, He does not forget the outcry of the afflicted ones. He will give you the needed strength to endure the days ahead.

Dear James,When I think of you, I cannot help but have tears in my eyes because I know how much you are loved by many, including myself. I never knew how much and how close we were as a family until I feel this piece of you - pulled apart. You always made me laugh; called me sis and gave my son, extra playtime attention. I loved how you loved him. I loved how you would laugh with your girls and tumble them in the air - full of giggles. I love how you loved and adored my baby, sister, Katie - so much. It was such an honor to sit next to you both at your wedding mass. Time passed and I saw the love pour from both yours and Katie's eyes at the moment of Lucy, your first daughter's arrival. Several years later, you held with admiration my son, during his first hours. As their protector, you loved all your girls: Katie, your wife, and children, Lucy, Ashley and Allison. You have made a difference in all our lives, including mine. I can't imagine how my sister and the girls will do without you. When you had passed, I told your daughters that you had gone with the angels and that you were now with us, watching over us in spirit. Much love, James. You are missed, way too much. I will always remember speaking "Stitch" with you. Maybe it was for entertainment of the little ones, but definitely to entertain ourselves! Your laugh filled the room and will echo in our memories of you. So much we can say...father, son, brother, uncle, friend... You will be greatly missed, until we meet again.
