Jayden Daniela Reyes, 9 month old daughter of Yeimy and Oscar Reyes of Weston passed away August 7, 2016. She was born November 12, 2015, in Hollywood, Florida.
Jayden is survived by her parents; sister, Nathaly; grandparents, Maria Reyes, Marta Perez and Antonio Albarracin; aunts and uncles, including Rosie Duran.
Visitation is from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m., followed by the funeral service at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 10, 2016, at Fred Hunter's University Drive Home. Interment will follow at Lauderdale Memorial Park in Fort Lauderdale.
