Jeff was born in Miami to Donald and Marilyn Norman on May 31st, 1963, and raised in Lighthouse Point. He went to school at Pine Crest. He graduated from Wake Forest University, where he majored in Biology and pitched on the Wake Forest baseball team. He attended University of Miami Law and worked as an attorney for over 25 years. He was an avid golfer, a phenomenal baseball coach, a Cypress Bay DeBayte enthusiast, an eager home cook, and a kind and generous father.
Jeff is preceded in death by his father Donald Norman and nephew Hunter Norman.
Jeff is survived by his children Samantha, Rebecca, and Matthew, siblings Deb and Scott, and mother Marilyn.
