Jose Marlon Gomez

He graduated from St. Patrick’s High School in Chicago, Illinois.

The funeral service will be held at 11am on May 18th at the Fred Hunters Funeral Home (6301 Taft St, Hollywood, Fl). Visitation will be held at 4pm on May 17th 2022 at Fred Hunters Funeral Home (6301 Taft St, Hollywood, Fl). Burial will follow the funeral at Fred Hunters Cemetery (6300 Taft St) at 1pm.

 “Marlon” worked as the owner and operator for the family restaurant Mamacitas.  He enjoyed traveling and anything Chicago sports related. Marlon would make sure we mentioned this did not include what he would call the “other” team the Chicago Cubs. His most cherished Hobby or obsession was his children. Spending time with them took priority over all else and filled him with overwhelming joy and happiness.

“Marlon” is survived by his loving children Jordan, Alia, and Derrick, his parents Jose and Maria, andhis beloved siblings Marlen (Gerald), Mayra (Jason), Jose Angel, Barbara liz, Yordanka, and Yanet (Gilberto Sr.).  Also his close niece and nephews Jaquelin, Marc Anthony, Mathew, Luke, Gilberto Jr., Gabriel, Jillian, Julia and his great nephew Jovanni and his fur baby Romeo. As well as the countless friends and family who loved him dearly.
