01/04/1996 – 06/01/2025
With broken hearts, we announce the sudden and tragic passing of our beloved son, Joshua Anthony Fifi, who died on June 1, 2025, at the age of 29, following a devastating boat fire. He fought with incredible strength and determination to remain with us but ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
Joshua was a father to four children who live on and carry a piece of him with them always—just as he leaves a piece of himself with all of us who loved him so deeply.
He lived life boldly and unapologetically, always on his own terms. Joshua had a vibrant spirit, an independent soul, and a deep love for the things that brought him joy. Among those were Star Wars—his lifelong favorite—and days spent on the water, boating and embracing the freedom he felt there.
He carried that same bold, unapologetic energy into every room he entered—fearlessly himself, with a sharp sense of humor and an unmistakable presence. His laughter, passion, and love will forever echo in the hearts of his family and friends.
He is survived by his father, Christian, and his stepmother, Barbie Fifi, whom he affectionately called “Mom”; his children, Caleb, Arabella, Aiden, and Ella; his grandparents, Bede Amador, Dale Gernon, and Patricia Fifi; and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He was predeceased by his mother, Misty Seibert, and grandfather, Winston Fifi.
Though his life was cut tragically short, Joshua’s love, strength, and unforgettable spirit will live on in all who had the privilege of knowing him.
A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held on July 3, 2025, at 3:00 PM at Fred Hunter, 6301 Taft Street, Hollywood, FL 33024. All who knew and loved Joshua are welcome.
