Kathleen M. Downing, of Plantation, Florida passed away on November 6, 2021. Kathleen was born in Brooklyn, New York. She graduated high school at St. Edmunds High School and then attended Notre Dame College in Staten Island. She was married on September 28, 1974, to her husband Gene Downing. After marriage, Kathleen moved to Florida to live with her husband. She is survived by her husband Gene Downing, her son, Edward Downing (Michelle), and her grandchildren; Riley and Eddie. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert F. Marks and Mary Marks, her brother, Robert Marks Jr., and her sister-in-law Eileen.
