Linda Ambrose Hyde, 79

On Resurrection Sunday, April 1, 2018 the beloved Linda Ambrose Hyde entered the Eternal presence of our Lord.

Linda was born December 16, 1938 in San Francisco, California the daughter of Louise and Andrew Ambrose.

She will be remembered by all who knew her as a loving and cherished mother and grandmother, an adored sister and aunt, a devoted and generous friend, and a dedicated employee.

Linda's career spanned over 31 years at Hollywood Memorial Regional Hospital where she retired as the Administrator of the laboratory. During her nearly 4 decades at Memorial, Linda had a positive impact on thousands of individuals and served the South Florida medical community with honor, integrity, and distinction.

Linda is survived by her four children and their spouses; Donald (Tammy) Hyde, Michael (Dina) Hyde, Kimberly (Ronald) Ridlon, and April (Paul) Molle; eight loving grandchildren; Thomas, Nicole, Abigail, David, Felicia, Dania, Matthew and Anthony; two great grandchildren Aiden and Savannah; her brother and his wife, John (Mary Jane) Ambrose and two nieces Lori and Lynn.

Memorial service for Linda Ambrose Hyde will be held on Friday, April 13, 2018 from 6 PM to 8 PM; service beginning at 7 PM. It will be held at Fred Hunter's Funeral Home: 6301 Taft Street, Hollywood, Florida 33024.

A Catholic mass will take place the following day on Saturday, April 14, 2018 at Saint Gregory's Catholic Church: 200 North University Drive, Plantation, FL 33324.

Following the mass, the family will greet friends in the meeting room of Saint Gregory's church.
