

Lenny was born in Manhattan, New York to his parents Jack Marcus and Anna Steinberg Marcus on 7-21-1936. He attended Theodore Roosevelt High school, Fordham Road, Bronx, New York and graduated June 1954. He went on to serve in the Army as a military police officer in France and was a proud veteran. After his service he married Nancy Carlo Marcus on 2-14-1959 in Manhattan, New York and he remained a faithful husband until the very end. He then went on to work as a Postal Worker in charge of the Foreign Mail for the United States Postal Service, in Miami, Florida (previously in New York). He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather who was very talented in carpentry and painting. He loved all types of food, especially Chinese Food, playing hand ball, and model trains and plants.
Louis Marcus is preceded by his parents Jack Marcus and Anna Steinberg Marcus, his uncle Harold Marcus, aunt Ida Marcus Fraiman, uncle Ben Fraiman.
Louis Marcus is survived by his spouse, Nancy Carlo Marcus; daughter, Elizabeth Marcus Sacconi and her husband Thomas Sacconi; his son Jeffrey Paul Marcus and his wife, Debbie Marcus; and his daughter, Jennifer Marcus Toyota and her husband Steve Toyota; he survived further by his grandchildren: Aaron Bracey, Christopher Sacconi and his wife Tiffany Sacconi, Alyssa Raymond and her husband Justin Raymond, Zack Marcus, Courtney Marcus, Jake Toyota, Brittany Marcus, and Max Toyota; and by his great grandchildren: Mia Sacconi, Braysen Raymond and soon-to-be-born bundle of joy Clara Raymond.
The Viewing will take place from 11:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 12, 2023, at Fred Hunters Funeral Home- 6301 Taft Street, Hollywood, FL 33024.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, February 12, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. sharp with burial to follow at Hollywood Memorial Gardens-West, found just across the street from the funeral home.
