Marcia Rogers

Marcia was born in Utica, New York to Lucy (Russo) and Daniel Daniels  on June 19th, 1962. She attended Thomas R. Proctor high school in Utica, New York. She married Rodney (Brent) Rogers on June 19, 1993 in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

She worked as a General Manager at two (2) locations for the restaurant chain known as Bennigan's for thirteen (13) years. Marcia's many achievements were recognized at the Corporate level and received many awards during her career. Marcia was honored with one of their highest when she won General Manager of the Year. Corporate celebrated her  outstanding performance and dedication giving her “The Vince Lombardy Award”.

Marcia is preceded in death by her mother and father, Mr. & Mrs. Daniel Daniels Jr., maternal grandmother and grandfather, Mr. & Mrs. Joseph Russo, paternal grandmother and grandfather, Mr. & Mrs. Daniel Daniels, Sr., brother-in-law, Leonard M. King, and many maternal and paternal Aunts and Uncles and her father-in-law, Wynne Steinsnyder. 

Marcia is survived by husband, Rodney (Brent) Rogers daughter, Ciana Lynn Rogers, sister, Patricia Daniels-King, brother, Daniel Daniels and wife Janet Daniels. Mother-in-law Linda Steinsnyder, father-in-law Rodney Rogers, mother-in-law Carol Rogers.

Visitation will be 11:00am on October 8, 2021, with Catholic Service at 1:00pm at Fred Hunter Funeral Home
