

Marcy Ouellette passed away on May 26th, 2021. She was living in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and was a Senior Trainor for Self Discovery Life Mastery.Marcy lived an amazing life filled with adventure and accomplishments. Marcy was a graduate from the School of Nursing at The University of Michigan. She attended Michigan State University where she received her MD and later earned a Masters in Preventive Medicine, Public Health and Tropical Medicine from Tulane University. Using her degrees and passion to serve others, she worked as a Public Health Advisor in Vanuatu. In Nevis, she worked for the Medical University of Americas, coordinating 5th semester medical students and developed a course titled “The Introduction to Clinical Medicine”. She also served the Kentucky Frontier Nursing Program and worked with Mother Teresa healing others. After all of these experiences Marcy found her true passion in working with Self Discovery as a Life Mastery Trainer and Coach. She believed in the Self Discovery Process and used it to help others reach their full potential. Marcy practiced this process in her own daily life until her final passing. Her clients, Self Discovery Community , colleagues and family found her to be selfless, committed, exuberant and loving with a strong belief in the greatness of humanity. She was cherished, loved and will be missed by so many! Marcy is survived by her sisters, Michele Henson (John) ; Rene Carlton; Robyn Ouellette; and her nieces and nephews JP Henson (Bridget, JW); Matthew Henson; Michael Henson; Sarah Carlton; Rachel Carlton; Lauren Bottorff; Ryan Bottorff (Senica). The family is in the process of establishing a Legacy Fund to celebrate Marcy and her passion for others. Details will follow and donations will be welcome.
