Meme was born Miami, Fl to Mary and Horace Oakley on Dec 20, 1951. She loved to crochet, garden, play games and shop. She looked after all the children in the family and took care of many pets.
Meme is preceded in death by her sisters Marie and Linda, brothers Horace Jr. and Donald, nephew Gary and niece Judy.
Meme is survived by The Duncan, MacDonald and Blackwell families, her sister Barbara and many nieces and nephews.
