Norman B. Rynning

Norman Brent Rynning, Sr. went to the Lord on March 31, 2018 in Pembroke Pines, FL. He was born March 27, 1935 to Oscar Joseph Rynning and Manuela Calafell. Norman grew up in Miami attending Jackson High School. He began working at Western Electric in 1952, retiring as an Orbit Supervisor in 1985. Norman married Rita Lou Kerkow in June of 1953 at Allapattah Methodist Church in Miami, FL. They were happily married for 64 years, returning to the Plantation, FL area after 25 wonderful years in LaBelle, FL.

Norman was a loving husband and amazing father, taking active roles in all activities his children participated in growing up. Whether coaching baseball and softball, camping, dirt bike racing, his family was his life.

In retirement, Norman was active in his community, serving as a volunteer firefighter, and several years as the President of the Muse Community Association.

Norman leaves behind numerous friends he cared deeply for. Norman is survived by his loving wife, Rita, his children Norman Brent III (Linda), Donald Eric (Maria), and Sharon Dawn (Ken). His loving grandchildren, Kristel (Edward), Eric (Kelsey), Kyle (CeJay), Chad (Natasha), Madison (Shane), and Justin Brent. Great grandchildren Payton, Ava, and Chad Jr.

A Memorial Gathering will be held on Friday, April 6, 2018 from 12:00 P.M. to 1:00 P.M. with a Memorial Service to begin at 1:00 P.M.
