It takes a very special, compassionate and honorable man to accomplish the things that Dooley achieved.While he will be missed greatly, especially by those closest to him, his legacy lives on in each member of his beautiful family.Each received a special 'gift' that should be cherished and will be shared because of who they've become under his watch, influence and values. I first met Dooley at a Buehler sales meeting. He was kind, thoughtful and willing to share his many years of experience with me. He always went to great lengths to assist me in anyway. Dooley understood that he could offer first hand experience and specific knowledge of markets that few people had within Buehler. He always treated people with respect and appreciated all of their efforts to make his job easier. I will miss Dooley. He was a true friend and a gentleman. I extend my deepest sympathy to the Martinez family.

Dooly was such a joy to work with. Always a smile and a kind word. I loved it when he was in the office (Buehler) and we had a chance to chat. He is missed.

I met Abdulio through my husband Luie, Abdulio's nephew, on just 2 occasions. The last one was in Miami 2013 when I was in town for the WMC (Winter Music Conference), when I was DJing at several different areas for the AddictedToRadio tour. Shortly said, we spent a great morning hanging out for breakfast at a local vending street area and I seen what a super and nice man Abdulio was :) I was glad to have that opportunity to meet him, and he will be missed by us â™¥

I'm so sorry for your loss. Please accept my deepest sympathy. May you find comfort from your memories, as well as God's word the bible. Why do people we love die? Romans 5:12 says: "That is why, just as through one man (Adam) sin entered into the world and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men because they had all sinned." How loving of God to promise what is found at Revelation 21:4 which says, "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away."

Obdulio and I worked together for 17 years. He was knowledgeable, reliable and just a great guy to work with. We had some wonderful times together, combining work and fun. That kind of person is not easy to find. He will be missed. I will think of him as long as I live.

Dooley and I worked together at Buehler and he was the kindest and gentlest man I have ever had the pleasure to know and I was proud to call him my friend. His attitude, spirit and love for life will be missed and the world has suffered a great loss with his passing.

I extend my heartfelt sympathy to the Martinez family. May those precious memories of your dear loved one Obdulio be foremost in your hearts and minds along with this wonderful promise that Jesus made at John 5:28,29. Again, my sincere condolences.

I knew Dooley when my family moved to the building next to where he used to live about 60 years ago in the old neighborhood of La Vibora. We both were about 12 years old. Dooley and I quickly became friends and have been ever since that day. Dooley was a true friend, my best friend, but more like a brother. I am sure going to miss him and our usual monthly phone conversations When he moved from Illinois to Florida about 10 years ago he committed to visit and help my father to pay his bills. For several years he visited my father and wrote the checks. Thank you Dooley, I am sure going to miss you. my friend .I lost not only a friend, but a gentleman and one of the nicest person I have ever met as well as a confidant.

Mr Martinez, Dooley he was always watching out for me from his office catmandoo as Mary would say ,him and all his cats .No cat would get past that house without being neutered or fed and then eventually being adopted by him .There is one thing for sure heaven will have clean floors as he loves to sweep every morning .Thankyou for always watching out for me .RIP lots of love Jenny,Will and Yasmin xxx

My memories of "TÃ­o Mito" is of him always being calm, cool, and collected; which is rare for the Martinez family. He was also one of the most well spoken men around. He always made sure that when he was in town he would come by and visit or at least give us a call. Your family will miss you dearly.

I really enjoyed working with Dooley at Buehler. He was great to talk to! Loved his humor. I was glad I got to see him last year at the sales meeting!

Obdulio was what a human being and a gentleman should be. I first met him in January of 1984, in Mexico City. I believe it was his first assignment for Buehler. He was part of a crucial negotiation that proved a sucess for both parts, and the beginning of a dear friendship that spanned 30 years. Always fair, always joyful, he would always be willing to share his advice, his vast knowledge and his help; not to mention his many peculiar anecdotes that would make everyone happy. I could go on for pages listing his many virtues and my fond memories of him. He was a kind, excellent man. I am going to miss you friend.

Dooley is the purest soul I know. With a wicked sense of humor. He was the truest definition of a gentlemen. There are really no words that describe his impact on the lives of the people whom he touched. He is what we should all aspire to. I will miss you and remember you always.

Dooley and I started at Buehler around the same time and we trained together. He had a great attitude towards life and was a good man. Never had a bad word to say about anyone.

I knew Dooley from the time he stated with Buehler and liked him a lot. He was a key element in our Latin America sales programs and was largely responsible for our sales growth in that region , particularly in Mexico..

On moving to Buehler Lake Bluff, Dooley was one of the first to welcome me to the office and make me feel at home. He was a huge help throughout our time together at Buehler, always optimistic and cheery, with never a bad word, no matter the challenges. Although retired and many miles away in recent years, he always made time for his old work colleagues and friends. We shall miss him dearly.

Dooley was my former mentor, colleague and friend. He shared with me his professional vision and wisdom without hesitation when I joined Buehler 4 years ago.We kept in contact even though, he was retired and lived in Florida with his wife and family and I accepted other responsibilities with a new company. I feel very fortunate of having had the opportunity of know him, listen his counsel especially in tough times, laugh with his jokes, enjoy his stories, positivism and fine sense of humor.I will always remember Dooley as a mentor, gentleman and family man and will be grateful for his friendship and contributions to my professional development.

He was a 2nd Father to me we worked together in Lake Bluff, IL. And I dearly loved him and looked up to him and looked for him when I needed advice. He will be deeply missed. Viejo Te Voy Extranare
