Patricia was born in Hialeah Florida. The first child Austin and Elaine Harrington she graduated from Notre Dame Academy. She worked for the Florida Horsemen's Benevolent and Protective Association for 29 years. Patricia loved traveling, anything that was related to Princess Diana and really love the Beatles.
Family was most important to her; as she was the happiest at family gatherings where she loved to reminisce. Patricia had 3 beautiful daughters, a grandson, Joseph Seays, and a son-in-law, Devin Wesley, who were her heart. She was predeceased by the eldest daughter Tonia Jernigan Seays. Surviving daughters are Jessica Jernigan of Key Largo, Florida and Jenny Jernigan-Wesley of Pembroke Pines, Florida.She had 2 brothers Michael Harrington of Palm Bay, Florida and was predeceased by her youngest brother Timothy Harrington, father of her only nephew, Sean Harrington. Patty's only surviving aunt was Betty Snyder. Patty's mother Scottie (Elaine) and her Aunt Betty raised their children together in the close knit community of Hialeah, Florida. Her cousins are Carole Roberson, Pamela Lopez, David Johnson Jr., Cynthia Hagans and George Stubock Jr.
