

Paul was born in Matton, Illinois on March 29, 1949, the son of Wylie David and Opal (Brooks) Fulton. Paul was the son of a Baptist minister and spent his early years traveling the Baptist Bible belt with his family, moving from church to church. Following high school Paul enlisted in the United States Army, serving in the Vietnam War for 7 years. He was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, Parachutist Badge, Good Conduct Medal, Vietnam Service Medal with two bronze stars, Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal and two Bronze Star Medals. His military career ended with him serving in the Green Berets. Paul received an Honorable Discharge, attaining the rank of specialist six in September of 1975.
Dr. Fulton graduated from the Cleveland College of Chiropractic in 1984 and moved to Hollywood, Florida where he began his own practice. Shortly after his move to Hollywood, he met his current wife on the country dance floor. For the next ten years they competed together and they danced their way to a national appearance on Club Dance. His special hobby of late was spending time with his granddaughter Cassidy, who was his heart in life.
Survivors include his beloved wife, Paula A. (Pollifrone) Fulton, father, Rev. Wylie David Fulton, daughter, Jamie Fulton, granddaughter, Cassidy Boyce, sister, Joy Thompson and half sister, Joyce (Stone) Moulder. An important part of Paul and Paula's lives together, included a dear family member, Erika Fulton who shared their dreams. Also survived by his best friend and companion, his dog Sammie whom he brought to his office everyday to sit by his side.
A graveside service with full military honors will be held on Friday, September 28th at 12:45 P.M. at The South Florida National Cemetery in Lake Worth, Florida. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.
