On March 8th,1969, Peter migrated to the USA to join his parents in Bronx, New York, where he attended Special Education School, in the New York Public School System.

In September 1997, Peter attended MacTown Inc. until January 31st, 2014, Mactown Inc. is a center to develop and improve the life of Adults with disabilities, and make them more independent. Peter looked forward everyday to getting on the bus and attending this school and work program. Despite his speech impediment called Echolioa, (repeated responses, with limited vocabulary to communicate his needs). At MacTown, Peter grew from a child to a man. There he learned great skills; independence, communication, and his general abilities improved.
In 1986, shortly after Peter relocated with his parents to Miami, he attended Norland United Methodist Church, where he became a member. Peter loved going to church. Sometimes he would make humming sounds to the hymns.
Peter was a very beloved person. He was adored by all and well known in his community. He was always giving high five's. He was very helpful to others. He was especially helpful and attentive to his parents and their needs. He was very cooperative. He always had a great smile regardless of his situation, even when in pain. When asked how is he doing. His favorite response was always "G00000D". Peter loved the outdoors. He would stand by the gate or sit by himself under the mango tree every evening and meditate. Peter was a very clean person. He liked everything neat and organized in his own way. He loved listening to music, dancing, playing catch ball, and riding bicycle. Even though in his later years, he did not ride due to his bad knees and safety and security reasons. Above all, Peter liked to LOOK GOOD. He liked to dress up, and go out. He LOVED his cologne and hats. He would never leave the house without them. Peter was a special person; he had the innocence of a child.
On February 3rd, 2014, Peter was admitted to Aventura Hospital to undergo a necessary knee replacement surgery. A few days after he was relocated to Hampton Court, to continue his rehabilitation. On February 7, 2014, he suddenly expired when the GOOD LORD called him home.
