Phyllis Joanne Barrett

Phyllis was born in Barberton Ohio to Ralph Eugene Fendenheim and Marcella Leona Fendenheim on January 20th 1942.  She graduated school at North Miami High School. She married Robert Luther Barrett on June 22nd 1964 in Dade County. She worked as a Laboratory Technologist and X-Ray Technician for Pediatric Associates and Children's Medical Center for the majority of her career. She proudly volunteered her time to the VFW where she was President and Historian of the Woman’s Auxiliary post 2500. Phyllis loved being surrounded by her family and friends. She brought joy to those around her with her kind heartedness, selflessness, and nurturing personality.

Phyllis is preceded in death by her parents Ralph and Marcella Fendenheim and loving husband Robert L Barrett.

Phyllis is survived by her daughters Wendy B. Stowell (spouse Paul Stowell) and Maureen Barrett (spouse Daniel Koehler), her grandchildren Megan Marie Michaud (spouse Eddie Michaud), Mackenzie Leigh Stowell, and Jade Lynn Sanchez (spouse Lawrence Y. Sanchez), her great grandchildren Kennedy Michaud and Emerie Michaud, her brother Richard Fendenheim  (spouse Susie Fendenheim), her nieces and nephews Donald Barrett Jr, Dawn Castro, and Marci Schmitt, and her great friend Darren Humes (spouse Tara Borsellano). She is survived by many others who were not mentioned at this time.

The family of Phyllis wishes to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who dedicated their time to play a special role in taking care of our mother, grandmother, and great grandmother throughout her life.
