Born in Boston on November 19, 1940, son of John J.and Catherine L. (Haggerty) Talbot. He was raised and educated in Boston. He then served his country honorably in the United States Coast Guard.
An Interior Designer, Richard began his designing career in Boston and later in Los Angeles, California and most recently in Southern. Florida.
He is survived by his sister, Catherine and brother-in-law,Gerry Rogers of Pembroke, Massachusetts and one niece and five nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, John (Jack) Talbot, Jr; and his sister-in-law, Eileen Talbot of Scituate, Massachusetts.
A Celebration of Richard's Life will be held on Friday, August 8th from 6:00 ~ 8:00 P.M at Fred Hunter Funeral Home (Downtown) 718 South Federal Highway, Fort Lauderdale, FL. 33316. Richard will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
