A graduate from the University of Florida and also attended Florida Atlantic University. He served his country in the United States Army Reserves. He later became a manager for Barnes & Noble. He was an avid book reader, a huge sports fan “GO VIKINGS!”, and loved music.
Sal is preceded in death by his sister Betty Infande and his two Aunts Lella Infande & Concetta Nicolosi. He is survived by his three sisters (1) Sarah (Kelly) Cavatassi and their three children Tanya Pattison (Lilliana & Gabriella), Achille (Kristen) Cavatassi (Ace & Isla) and Carmen (Kristen) Cavatassi (Tessa, Ava & Vera). (2) Phyllis (Kim) Cadden along with a close family member Angelo Maldonado and their one child Lisa (Ray) Vazquez (Megan & Jacob), (3) Linda (Ray) Avello and their four children Sam (Katie) Avello (Quinn & Axel), Gianni, Peter & Matthew. He is survived by his Nephew Albert (Gloria) Infande and their two children Tom (Nikki) Infande & Michelle (Nick) Eikelberry. He is survived by his Brother-in-law Al Infande.
