Syam, known to most as Neal, was born on November 24th, 1971 in Port of Spain, Trinidad to Deodath and Shirley Ramsaran. Neal spent his childhood and early adult life in Trinidad, and he moved to Sunrise, Florida in 2007 to join his family.
Neal is preceeded in death by his mother Shirley and is survived by his father Deodath Ramsaran, brothers Navin (Rishi) and Vishal, sister-in-law Sheri, and niece Shivani.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM on Thursday, July 17th at Fred Hunter's Funeral home, 6301 Taft St. Hollywood, Florida 33024.
Cremation will follow at 1:30 PM at Fred Hunter's Crematorium.
