Timothy J. Stein, 70, of Plantation, Florida passed away February 5, 2017. He was born July 30, 1946, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Tim has been a resident of South Florida for the past 28 years, coming from Chicago.
Tim is survived by his children, Kris Johnston (Al), Kimberly Stein and Michael Stein; grandchildren, Nicholas Stein and Cameron Johnston; and brother, Michael Stein (Shane McCall). He was preceded in death by his wife, Carol on February 21, 2015, and his parents, Kirk and Estha Stein.
The Memorial Service will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday, Feb. 13, 2017, at Fred Hunter's University Drive Home, 2401 S. University Drive in Davie. Inurnment will follow at the South Florida National Cemetery in Lake Worth with Military Honors rendered by the U.S. Navy.
