Ana Maria Vazquez

Ana Maria Vazquez, age 79, of Homestead, Florida, passed away peacefully on February 13, 2013. Born in Havana, Cuba on August 28, 1933. She was married to Edelmiro Vazquez on February 7, 1957. After arriving to the United States, the family lived in Elizabeth, New Jersey for 22 years before moving to Homestead.

She is predeceased by her son Jorge. She is survived by her devoted husband Edelmiro, her son: Carlos and his wife Nancy; her daughter: Lourdes and her husband Albert Muxo; 6 grandchildren: Ashley and Wesley Vazquez, Briana and Albert Muxo, Jordan and Tyler Vazquez of PA; one great-grandchild: Jayden; and her two sisters: Caridad Martinez of NJ and Alicia Diaz of Miami.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 15, 2013 at Branam Funeral Home, 809 North Krome Avenue, Homestead, FL 33030 from 6:00PM to 11:00PM. Interment Services commence at 9:00AM on Saturday, February 16, 2013 at Branam Funeral Home and will proceed to Dade South Memorial Park at 10:00AM.
