Jesse Austin Lane II was born August 21, 1969. He was named after his grandfather from Millen, Georgia, mainly because he was born after his grandfather had passed away. Jesse was born and raised in Homestead, Florida. He has had many cherished friends throughout his life. He met most of them while attending Leisure City Elementary, Redland Jr. High and graduating from Homestead Senior High School. He has continued to have a relationship with them throughout the years. He has some wonderful close friends he met in his adult life and has had many adventures with them all. He has friends from every walk of life. He didn't care where you came from, what your color was, what religion you were, to him none of that mattered. If you were his friend, you were his friend for life.
During his school years he loved playing all types of sports in the little league. He was an avid football player through his high school years. After high school, he married Maria Francess. They had a son which they named Jesse Austin Lane III. His son looked like him through his younger years and also enjoyed playing all types of sports in little league. Jesse coached most of his son’s games. His son went on to play football at South Dade Senior High School. Jesse never missed any of his son’s football games. A year later he had a daughter who looked just like her mother. Taylor was a beautiful baby when she was born and is a beautiful young lady. She is a cheerleader at South Dade Senior High School.
Jesse and Maria divorced and Jesse had custody of his children. He did his best to spend as much time with them as possible. He loved to take them to fun and adventurous places to spend quality time with them. I wonder who looked forward to having adventures and fun the most, him or his children?
He also wanted the best for his mother. He wanted her to enjoy adventures in life too. He would take her on vacations as he could. Then he became ill with heart disease. But never let anyone know how bad he suffered or how much pain he endured. He never wanted anyone to give him a lot of attention or to have pity on him.
Throughout his life, even when suffering in pain from his heart disease, we would still say jokes and would constantly make everyone laugh, really laugh! He always wanted everyone around him to laugh and enjoy life to the fullest even to the end of his. He wanted to live, love and laugh. He would want you to do the same!
