BF, the time passes by so quickly. There are not many days I don't look for you on Facebook or just think of you and smile. I hope you are a star traveler and have a killer stereo system if that is at all possible. I surely miss you, one of my closest and best friends in this life.

Buddy was one of my closest and best friends. I was away when I learned of his passing and was not able to attend the ceremony honoring his life. He was a great man who accomplished a great deal in life. I went with him and his family to visit his mom and dad in Knoxville many years ago and had a wonderful time, except for the milk that tasted like green onions because that is what the cow grazed on. He loved it and I didn't.  I know he will live on in my memory and I am very glad we had a chance to talk on the phone a few days before he left us. Buddy and I were close for over 40 years and I hope he is at peace. It was an honor to know him and we never waivered in our friendship...never. He will always be in my memory and remembered with a smile by me.

I'm going to miss you Buddy. You were a great grandfather, always supportive of my musical career and always checking up on me. It's a shame you lived so far away, we could've had more time together. Where ever you are, I hope you're at peace.

Buddy was by far, the Best employer I ever had the pleasure of working for.and work hard for him I always did. He always made me want to do my best for him and I think I succeeded. But it was because Buddy was willing to do whatever it took to make us feel like more than employees...we were a team....working together, and no one was excluded. I am so glad to see he had such a wonderful life in the end..beautiful grand babies, two boys who loved him and Donna, the woman who loved him through it all...maybe even when he wasn't so lovable......what ever faults he may have had as a father and / or a husband, I can only speak as his employee. I know his heart was in the right place. He love you all, his family, anad he worshipped Donna. Larry and I send our sincere condolences.  I, Mary, attended grammar school as well as high school with Buddy and enjoyed seeing him at several reunions and reading his posts on facebook.  God bless each one at this time and comfort you as you go forward.  I will always remember Buddy's smile and his enjoyment at seeing his old school friends at the reunions.
