Inez N. Smith, age 80, died on December 13, 2011. She was preceded in death by her husband, John C. Smith. Survivors include her son, Gary Thomas Smith, wife Tina of Chelsea; grandchildren, Kinsey Faith, Griffin Thomas and Kelsie Regan; brother, Bobby Jo Nelson of Berry along with a host of family and friends. Graveside service will be held Thursday, December 15, 2011 at Shady Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Bankston, Al. Arrangements under the direction of Ridout's Valley Chapel, Homewood, AL.
