Johnnie R Northcutt, age 86, of Montevallo, Alabama passed away on Thursday, October 6, 2022. Johnnie was born June 13, 1936 around the Montevallo area and quickly fell in love with her surrounding community. She went on to graduate from Montevallo High School and then developed her career of 35 years as an office manager with American Cookware. She was a devoted member of Dogwood Baptist Church in Montevallo, AL. Johnnie had a passion for gardening and enjoyed taking in the beauty and happiness that a garden provided.
She is preceded in death by her sister Sandra Bryant.
Johnnie leaves behind her children Pamela Flippo, and Craig Northcutt (Jeanie); three grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research; 600 Beacon Parkway West, Birmingham, Al.
Family will receive friends on Saturday, November 12, 2022 from 10:30 am to 11:00 am with a memorial service to follow.
