Mrs. Brown was a graduate of Lipscomb University and an active member of Homewood Church of Christ. She was a bible teacher, bible student, wife, mother and saint.
She is survived by her husband Russ Brown; daughter: Sarah Ashley Brown; sons: Russell Brown, Jr., Joe Brown (Christiane), Josh Brown (Jackie) and by grandson: Killian Brown.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 24th from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Homewood Church of Christ. The funeral services will be on Thursday, April 25th also at Homewood Church of Christ beginning at 1:00 p.m. and burial will be held on Friday, April 26th at 2:00p.m. at Sunset Hill Cemetery in Valdosta, GA.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Homewood Church of Christ Mission’s Fund, 265 West Oxmoor Rd. Birmingham, AL 35209.
