Mitchell Andrew Bernheim

Mitchell, age 30, of Vestavia Hills passed away peacefully, surrounded by loving family, on October 1. Mitchell leaves his husband Pablo Nunez, parents Mary and Jerry Bernheim, grandmother Carol Bernheim, a multitude of friends and Luna, his dog.

Mitchell graduated from Vestavia Hills High School in 2004. He attended Auburn University where he was a member of Kappa Sigma Fraternity. He achieved the rank of Eagle Scout and membership in the Order of the Arrow. He was a member of Vestavia Hills United Methodist Church.

Mitchell was a server at Hot and Hot Fish Club where his kindness, compassion and smile touched many lives. Always lending a helping hand, he had a huge thirst for knowledge, many interests and lived life to the fullest. A loving husband and loyal friend, he is deeply loved and greatly missed.

Celebration of Life service will be held at Vestavia Hills United Methodist Church October 6th at 12:30 with visitation at 11:30.
