Nancy Carolyn Hill of Vestavia Hills, AL, passed away on Saturday, August 13, 2011. Nancy was a loving mother to her daughter Katelynn,a loving sister to her two sisters Linda and Elaine, a fun aunt to her nieces and nephews and a friend to all who knew her. She recently retired from the Birmingham Board of Education as the Director of Testing.
She was preceded in death by her parents Dr. John and Evelyne Hill. Nancy is survived by her daughter Katelynn Hill, her two sisters, Linda Hill Ezekiel (Robert) and Elaine Hill, also her two nieces Stacy Love(Chris) and son Noah and Danielle Hill.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday August 20, 2011 at 10:00AM, Ridout’s Valley Chapel with receiving of friends and family to follow.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.
