Vivian Anne Sherrill Hutto

Vivian Anne Sherrill Hutto, 58, of Mountain Brook, AL passed away peacefully Friday June 27th, 2014. She was a loving mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and grandmother who found joy in her life through her family, friends, and her work. She attended Mountain Brook High School, the University of Georgia, and Mount Vernon College. She was a member of the Junior League, Linly Heflin Unit, and the Country Club of Birmingham.

She is preceded in death by her father William Earl Sherrill.

She is survived by her daughter Vivian Anne Hutto Moon (Daniel) and her son Zachary Taylor Hutto, III and is preceded in death by their father Zachary Taylor Hutto, II. Mrs. Hutto is also survived by her two grandchildren Caroline Elizabeth Moon and Matthew Daniel Moon, her loving parents Eleanor Sample Sherrill Cushman and Gene Moore Cushman, her sister Jane Sherrill Wade (Rick) and their two sons Louis Wade and William Wade, her step sisters Stacy Conner and Bonnie Black and her step brother Mark Cushman.

There will be visitation at Ridout’s Valley Chapel in Homewood from 4:00 pm-5:00 pm. on Sunday June 29th.

On Monday June 30th, there will be a memorial service at Independent Presbyterian Church at 11:00 am followed by visitation in the church parlor.

A heart felt thank you to Dr. Ronald Alvarez and his team at UAB for the care and support of Vivian throughout her decade long battle with cancer.
