He was born in Philadelphia, PA on June 1, 1946. He is preceded in death by his parents, William and Virginia Stewart.
Bill served in the Navy and Navy Reserve from 1969 -1987. Bill will be remembered for his service to his country, and the quiet strength with which he lived his life. Bill has chosen for his remains to be buried at sea.
Bill was a Master Craftsman in stain glass, cabinet making and woodworking.
