Alvina R. "Ellie" Seitz

Alvina “Ellie” R. Seitz, 91 of Inverness FL, went to be with her Savior on Tuesday July 10, 2018 under the care of Hospice of Citrus and The Nature Coast. Ellie was born June 11, 1927 in Chicago IL to the late Nichola and Imacolata (Allegretti) Damato.

Ellie was a Restauranteur and Chef as well as a loving Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. She was the owner of two restaurants, The Gondola Italian Restaurant in St. Petersburg FL and The Wildwood Italian Restaurant and Bakery in Wildwood FL. As a Chef, she had no equal. She also loved her Lord and Savior very much.

Ellie is preceded in death by her husband Charles B. Seitz, brothers Frank Damato, James Damato and Dominic Damato and sister Theresa Damato Cleary. She is survived by her children Darwin Budnick and wife Judy, Nick Budnick and wife Meg, Jim Budnick and wife Kim, Dale Seitz and wife Karen and Donna Thorpe and husband Brad; grandchildren, Paige Vacca and husband Justin, Adrian Budnick, James Andrew Budnick, Meagan Elizabeth David, Kristi Lynn Budnick, Shannon Claire Budnick, Carrie Ann Schramek and husband Alan, Annette Roth and husband Jeff, David Vincent and wife Angel, Brian Vincent, Shawn Seitz, Bret Seitz, Jerard Budnick and wife Jerlene, Andre Budnick and Joseph Budnick; and Great Grandchildren Matthew Roth, Samantha Roth, Ethan Vincent, Landon Vincent, Weston Vincent, Callie Vincent, Falynn Vincent, Austin Seitz, Blake Seitz, Carson Seitz, Julian Seitz, Kaiden Seitz, Jaleyna Budnick, Jearrig Budnick, Jacyela Budnick, Emmett Budnick, Kaelynn Fuller, Bradley Schramek, Garrett Schramek and Gracin Schramek.

A Visitation will be held for Ellie at Wilder Funeral Home on Tuesday July 17 from 6PM until 8PM. Funeral Services will be held at Grace Bible Church at 11AM with her burial to follow at Florida National Cemetery. Ellie’s casket will lovingly be carried by Pallbearers Darwin Budnick, Nick Budnick, Jim Budnick, David Vincent, Brian Vincent and Andy Budnick.
